The patient had small breasts accompanied by ptosis as a contour concern. Rather than size, the focus was on refined contour and volume.

Procedure

Implant augmentation. Contour, implant size, design, and procedure were explained and surgery was performed.

Compared with pre-op, changes in contour and lower line were observed, and the course stabilized.
