Chief Complaint

The patient had long-standing concerns over small breast size. She had a history of augmentation at another clinic in her late twenties, with implant removal at 2 weeks due to oversizing for her body frame. She sought re-augmentation at a size suited to her body type.

Procedure

Motiva 245cc / 230cc. Given narrow shoulder width and thoracic circumference 65, a conservative size harmonized with body type was selected.

Post-operative Course

Operated by Dr. Junghyun Nam (Director). At the initial consultation, body type and history (prior removal) were assessed and the treatment plan was determined.

From 1-2 months post-op, size changes accompanying edema reduction were observed. At 4 months post-op, size was maintained and contour stabilized more naturally.
