Chief Complaint

The patient presented with volume deficiency and mild ptosis, seeking breast augmentation.

Procedure

Motiva 360cc bilateral, trans-axillary incision (axillary approach).

Post-operative Course

Operated by Dr. Junghyun Nam (Director). Procedure and post-operative management were thoroughly explained prior to surgery.

At 5 months post-op, the axillary incision scar was inconspicuous and the course was favorable. Post-operative management, including undergarment selection, was continued at follow-up visits.
