Chief Complaint
The patient presented with mild pectus excavatum tendency and asymmetry, seeking a moderate-size augmentation harmonized with her body type.
Procedure
Motiva 380cc bilateral. Size was determined after consultation with the Director, suited to a petite body frame.
Post-operative Course
Design determination was performed with care, planned conservatively for the body frame.
At 7 days post-op, pain decreased and contour stabilized over time. At the day-7 visit, inflammatory workup, ultrasound, and scar care were performed.
