Chief Complaint
The breasts appeared small relative to body frame, and a large thoracic cage further accentuated the small appearance. The patient sought a size increase.
Procedure
Implant augmentation with Motiva. Excessive sizing was avoided and a size harmonized with body type was selected.
Post-operative Course
Patient preference was incorporated, and a size matched to body type was determined after consultation.
Pain was mild; the patient returned to daily activity within 2-3 days post-op. Regular post-operative management was maintained, and a natural U-shaped lower contour stabilized.
