Chief Complaint
The patient sought a fuller breast volume and presented after comparative consultations at multiple clinics.
Procedure
Implant augmentation. A size harmonized with body type was planned from the design stage, and surgery was performed under a co-surgeon arrangement led by the Director.
Post-operative Course
Dr. Junghyun Nam (Director) led the consultation, explaining design and procedure. Post-operative precautions were re-confirmed by nursing staff.
Tightness was observed for about 2 weeks; upper-limb elevation became feasible by approximately 1 month. Compression and V-fit brassieres were used in combination for ongoing post-operative management.
