Chief Complaint
Thoracic circumference 70, breast width 14, with thin skin. The patient sought a size increase, targeting approximately a full B-cup.
Procedure
Motiva Demi 340cc / 320cc. An implant suited to thin skin was selected. Size was adjusted to accommodate asymmetry.
Post-operative Course
Skin thickness, elasticity, and individual conditions were assessed while comparing multiple sizes to determine the implant.
Given thin skin with asymmetry, design was planned conservatively and intraoperative findings were incorporated.
