Chief Complaint
Very small breasts that could not be adequately compensated for with undergarments or pads were a long-standing concern. The patient sought a relatively larger size increase.
Procedure
Implant augmentation. Patient preference was incorporated while a size harmonized with body type was planned at the design stage.
Post-operative Course
Dr. Junghyun Nam (Director) led the consultation and proposed a size and design suited to body type.
At approximately 8 months post-op, contour stabilized and the course was favorable.
