Chief Complaint
The breasts were small, and the patient presented seeking a size increase, judging that undergarments or exercise would not address the concern.
Procedure
Implant augmentation. Consultation and design were carried out with adequate time.
Post-operative Course
By approximately 3 months post-op, pain resolved and firmness decreased over time.
A compression brassiere was worn in the morning and a V-fit brassiere at bedtime. Scar care and post-operative management continued according to clinic guidance.
