Chief Complaint
The patient had minimal native breast tissue and limited skin extensibility, and presented seeking a natural, not-too-large outcome.
Procedure
Implant augmentation. Design was planned through consultation and post-operative management to target a natural contour.
Post-operative Course
Owing to limited skin extensibility, individual variation in contour and tactile stability was explained in advance.
