Chief Complaint

The patient had a history of breast augmentation at another clinic 3 years prior, with implant removal at 2 weeks due to a size too large for body frame, causing pressure and foreign-body sensation. She sought re-augmentation at a size suited to her body type.

Procedure

Implant re-operation. Considering the prior removal history, a size suited to body type was selected after design and explanation.

Post-operative Course

At the initial consultation, body type and prior removal history were assessed and the treatment plan was determined.

Contour stabilized at the targeted full B-cup equivalent, and the post-operative course was favorable.
