Chief Complaint
The patient had an extensive exercise history with deficient breast volume and a pigeon-chest tendency. Concerns regarding silhouette under clothing led to a request for a size increase.
Procedure
Implant augmentation. Procedure was selected after consultation, suited to body type and thoracic-cage morphology.
Post-operative Course
Operated by Dr. Junghyun Nam (Director). Design accounted for thoracic-cage morphology.
Edema subsided from around day 14 post-op, and midline cleavage formed over time. Contour stabilized.
