Chief Complaint

The patient had deficient breast volume and low breast adipose tissue, and sought reliable volume gain within the feasible range.

Procedure

Motiva 525cc left / 475cc right. Given that rippling and implant-edge visibility are more likely in patients with low adipose tissue, size was selected after thorough explanation.

Post-operative Course

Operated by Dr. Junghyun Nam (Director). The risks associated with low adipose tissue were thoroughly explained, and the procedure was performed after informed consent.

Heaviness and unfamiliar sensation were observed in the early post-op period, but at 3 months post-op the implants had integrated over time and the silhouette under clothing stabilized.
