Chief Complaint
The breasts were small, with concerns about both volume and contour. The patient sought a size increase and contour refinement.
Procedure
Motiva 265cc / 285cc bilateral. Size was designed for balance, based on body type as the reference.
Post-operative Course
Post-operative follow-up and guidance on undergarment selection and wearing technique continued.
At approximately 2-year long-term follow-up, contour had integrated naturally over time, tactile quality stabilized, and no impact on daily life was observed.
